Credentialing and Training

Trained Caregivers for In-Home Care Services
-All perspective caregivers undergo an intensive pre-employment screening process, which includes a criminal background investigation, verification of references, and employment history. The employees are also subject to all state and federal health requirements-they must be free of communicable diseases and must be physically able to fulfill their in-home job requirements.
-All caregivers experienced and are closely supervised, monitored and managed by Family Caregivers of Florida.
-All caregivers are skills tested and undergo continuing education and training in senior home care, subject to all Florida state
requirements.
-All caregivers are periodically evaluated using performance assessments.
